| Congregational
Care Oversees the ministries of sympathy, witness, and service; offers Christian care and support to members who are homebound, grieving, healing; sends cards and visits members as necessary. |
| Evangelism and Congregational
Life Promotes and interprets the ministries of the church to the community; plans ways to invite first-time attendees; coordinates a number of all church events to strengthen the community of the church. |
| Finance and
Stewardship Oversees the budget and finances of the church; plans and implements a comprehensive stewardship effort. |
| Outreach Oversees all mission and outreach activities of the church; coordinates the denominational special offerings and other offerings approved by session; connects the congregation to the Presbytery through shared mission support. |
| Personnel Responsible for personnel policies and procedures, staff position descriptions, and search committees for non-pastoral positions; provide for the care of the church staff. |
| Property Ensure that proper maintenance and improvements are done to the building and the church grounds. |
| Worship With the pastor and music staff, plan the worship life of the church; schedule guest preachers and organist; oversee liturgical elements, including services of communion. |
| Youth and
Education Coordinates education for all ages, from child care to adults; oversees the children's and youth ministry programs of the church. |
